Harry is a student living in Bristol with his uncle Arnold. He meets The Quintessential Doctor after the TARDIS lands on & crushes his uncle's shed. He initially joins the Doctor on a trip to the past to get a replacement shed, and then as a way of completing his report on the Boston Tea Party.
At a later point in their travels, Harry would bump into/meet the Doctor's previous incarnations & companions, including The Fruit Pastel Doctor, The Dynamite Doctor, and Christie Christwald.
